I resigned from everything I had built and stepped into this extraordinary journey with faith and courage.

In July 2022, I was at one of the most promising points in my professional journey. I was working for the largest fintech company in Honduras, connected to the most solid and recognized bank in the country. I had quickly risen through the ranks—leading a team and being responsible for the development of the company’s main mobile application. I was learning at a rapid pace, building robust platforms, handling complex banking services, and growing both technically and professionally.

Everything seemed set for a stable, secure life. But by the end of 2023, God began to write a new chapter.

That’s when I started conversations with Luis Fernando Colindres, who today is my partner in this dream called Jettsender. The conversations were filled with vision: What if we created something of our own? What if we developed a model that could change lives and connect cities with purpose? At first, I hesitated job stability matters deeply when you have a family but something inside me began to stir.

My wife and I turned to prayer. It wasn’t a light decision. We’re firm believers in Christ, and we knew we couldn’t take a step without His direction. And in the quiet of that prayerful process, we received an answer from above. With peace in our hearts, we made the decision: I resigned from everything I had built and stepped into this extraordinary journey with faith and courage.

Jettsender has been more than just a project it’s been a life-changing experience. From the early questions of how we’d even start, to the ongoing challenges of growing it, every step has been a test of character, faith, and learning. Thankfully, my career had prepared me: I started in tech support back in 2010, then became a network admin, web and mobile developer, systems architect, database administrator, and eventually served as CTO for a government institution. Each step was preparing me for this.

Today, Jettsender is a growing reality. And we continue this journey with the firm conviction that God brought us here not just to build technology, but to build something that will bless and impact many lives.
